7. Packaging & Global Logistics
Units are shipped in a reinforced wooden + galvanized steel frame crate (see Fig. 5) that survives container stacking and rough handling. Sea, air or express shipment available; spare parts (fan motors, blades, expansion valves, filters, thermostats, control panels) are stocked for after-sales support.

Q1. Is the WL08F1 a complete system or just the rooftop unit?
It is a complete assembly: condenser, evaporator, twin condenser fans, twin evaporator fans, compressor interface and wiring — matched and tested at the factory. The compressor itself is supplied separately or per your existing engine-driven set-up.
Q2. Can I run it on 12V or 24V?
Both. The WL08F1 is available in DC 12V and DC 24V versions — specify your fleet voltage when ordering.
Q3. What refrigerant does it use?
R134a with a factory charge of 1.8 kg — globally available and service-friendly. Parallel-flow condenser and copper/aluminium coils are compatible with standard service equipment.
Q4. What is the lead time for a single unit and for a fleet order?
Single units are dispatched from stock within 7 days; fleet orders (10+ units) follow the production schedule — monthly capacity is 500+ units.
Q5. Do you support custom brackets or dimensions?
Yes. The same production line supports custom dimensions, fan configurations, compressor displacement and mounting brackets, with no MOQ lock-in.
Q6. What is the warranty?
