Wrapping Up the 140th Canton Fair: Four Solution Lines, One Live Benchmark, and a Clear Message to Global Buyers

Published: October 21, 2026 | Hunan Weili Auto Parts Appliance Co., Ltd.

What Buyers Asked Us at the Fair

The 140th Canton Fair (Autumn Session 2026) has closed its doors, and our team is back in Xiangtan with something more valuable than a stack of business cards: a much sharper understanding of what global buyers are actually asking for.

Over the run of the fair, visitors to our booth asked the same three questions again and again — and they tell you exactly where the bus and truck thermal market is heading.

What Buyers Asked Us at the Fair

1. "How loud is it, really?"

Noise is no longer a nice-to-have. With electric buses and passenger coaches, the HVAC blower has become one of the few remaining audible components in the cabin. That is why we ran a live side-by-side benchmark at the booth — a Weili brushless blower against a conventional brushed unit, running back to back on the same bench. Visitors could hear the difference, feel the vibration difference, and watch the airflow difference. Several buyers asked us to repeat the demo for their engineering colleagues who arrived later in the day.

2. "Will it survive our climate?"

Desert heat, coastal salt air, monsoon humidity, sub-zero winters — the questions were regional, and specific. Our answer is grounded in verified testing rather than adjectives: operating range from -40°C to +85°C, IP67 sealing, and salt-spray corrosion resistance on the fans specified for refrigerated transport and outdoor machinery duty. Buyers from the Middle East and Southeast Asia pushed hardest on this point, and rightly so — thermal management failures in these markets come back as warranty claims, not as spare-part orders.

3. "Can you work from our drawing, not your catalogue?"

A meaningful share of the conversations were not about picking an existing part number. They were about adapting a platform — a different impeller diameter, a different connector, a CAN protocol that matches the vehicle's existing architecture. Our engineering team ran on-the-spot fit and specification reviews at the booth, and the drawings collected there are now moving through our R&D center for formal evaluation.

The Four Solution Lines We Brought

Solution

Core Products

Typical Buyers

Electric Bus HVAC

Brushless evaporator blower + brushless condenser fan (12V / 24V)

Bus OEMs, HVAC integrators, aftermarket distributors

Refrigerated Truck Cooling

High-output condenser fan + evaporator blower (wide voltage 12V–24V)

Refrigeration unit manufacturers, cold chain fleets

Construction Machinery

High-power axial fan + electric water pump

Equipment OEMs, radiator assembly manufacturers

Energy Storage & Hydrogen

CAN-bus intelligent brushless fan with PWM control

ESS integrators, fuel cell system developers

Every line is backed by the same foundation: IATF 16949:2016 certification, 20+ patents, and more than 800,000 units of annual production capacity.

*"A trade fair is not where you collect contacts. It is where you find out whether your product roadmap matches what the market is actually struggling with. This year the message was unambiguous: buyers are not shopping for a cheaper fan. They are shopping for a fan that stops generating after-sales claims."*

— Yang Hao, Founder

Missed Us at the Fair?

The conversation does not end with the exhibition. If you could not visit our booth, or if you visited and want to continue the technical discussion:

  • Send us your drawing or specification — we will return a matching proposal, not a generic catalogue page.
  • Request a free compatibility assessment for a brushed-to-brushless conversion.
  • Ask for our IATF 16949 certificate and test reports.

Next Stop: Dubai

Our next exhibition is Automechanika Dubai 2026, 10–12 November at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai. If the questions above are the ones your business is wrestling with, that is exactly what we will be showing there — including the same live brushless-versus-brushed benchmark.
