1. Sizing a 6–7 m Bus Air Conditioner
For a 6.0–7.0 m bus — school shuttle, staff bus, intercity minibus — the practical cooling requirement sits in the 14–18 kW band depending on glazing, insulation and passenger count. Undersize the unit and the cabin never pulls down; oversize it and the compressor short-cycles, wasting fuel and shortening clutch life.

3. Why 4 Evaporator Fans + 2 Condenser Fans
Fan configuration is the unsung sizing factor. The WL14F1 uses 4 evaporator blowers (ZHF283502) to spread 3,200 m³/h across the full cabin length and 2 condenser fans (LNF273107C) to reject heat at idle and low speed — the two conditions that kill under-ventilated units.
