1. Why Transit Is the Harshest Duty
A city bus opens its doors every few hundred metres, packs standing passengers in direct sunlight, and crawls in traffic where ram airflow is zero. The WL30F1 answers with 32 kW (109,184 BTU) capacity, 6,400 m³/h evaporator airflow and an 8-blower evaporator that re-cools the cabin within seconds of each door event.

3. Eight Blowers, Instant Recovery
Each door opening dumps the cooled air out. The 8 × ZHF283502 evaporator blowers deliver 6,400 m³/h — enough airflow to re-establish cabin temperature in seconds, not minutes, between stops. This is the difference passengers feel on a 40 °C day.

Q2. Why is the refrigerant charge so high (7.6 kg)?
The larger condenser/evaporator circuit and receiver volume require more charge for stable operation at full capacity.
Q3. What alternator is recommended?
The kit offers a 150 A / 28 V Prestolite alternator to sustain the 24V system under full AC electrical load.
Q4. Is the compressor included?
Full kit includes 4N/655K compressor, 2A/2B clutch, SPB belt and alternator; roof-only option available.
Q5. What is the lead time for fleet orders?
