1. Why Double-Deck Needs Its Own Unit
At 13.0–14.0 m with two full passenger decks, cabin volume approaches twice that of a single-deck coach. The WL45N answers with 46 kW standard / 48 kW maximum capacity, 10,800 m³/h evaporator airflow and 12 evaporator blowers — the airflow firepower to cool both decks, including the upper deck's roof-gain penalty.

3. The 12-Blower Evaporator
Twelve ZHF283502 evaporator blowers distribute 10,800 m³/h through the copper-tube evaporator bank — enough to move air to both decks' rear rows even with the upper deck's solar load. Six LNF273107C condenser fans reject heat through 14,400 m³/h of condenser airflow.
4. Drive Train & Installation Footprint
The BOCK/Bitzer 830K or 6NFCY compressor (970 cc) is driven through a 2B/2A clutch and SPB belt with a 180 A / 28 V Prestolite alternator — the strongest electrical headroom in the WL range. The unit mounts in roof sections per the TX45N2 installation drawing.
