1. One Unit, Both Seasons
The WL24D is a full heat-pump-ready electric bus AC for 8.0–8.5 m vehicles: 20/24 kW standard cooling (28 kW max) through a variable-frequency electric compressor, with integrated PTC heating and a reversing four-way valve — so the same roof unit handles summer cooling and winter heating without a separate diesel heater.

3. Variable-Frequency Compressor Drive
A three-phase AC variable-frequency compressor (4CW074MA11 / G503DLV-80D2Z) is driven by a CV800-D032 frequency converter — capacity follows cabin load instead of cycling on/off. At partial load the compressor slows down, cutting energy draw from the traction battery and holding steadier cabin temperature.
